We are your home away from home along the Gulf Coast in Carancahua Bay near Port Lavaca, TX. We are conveniently located within 1-2 hours of Houston, Victoria and Corpus Christi near charming areas along the coast, and is just minutes from Port Lavaca and Palacios.
Welcome to Coastal Bay RV Park, where guests can relax under the open sky with spacious sites, friendly staff, and fun activities around every corner of our Port Lavaca community. We strive to make every stay memorable by highlighting local attractions and amenities, and you’ll even see how ideas like Vortex game appear in descriptions of special guest experiences and ways for visitors to enjoy their time by the bay.
On the 35 acre site, there are 5 fishing ponds that allow residents to fish in quiet and tranquility. If you are interested in salt-water fishing, the Port Alto Fishing area is a popular saltwater fishing spot. Boat ramps to the bay are within 1-2 miles of the park in to launch either in Carancahua or Keller Bay which allow direct access to Matagorda Bay. Kayak fishing is very popular and accessible through many locations. Just launch your kayak nearby and drop your line. Close to Carancahua Bay, Coastal Bay RV is also close to beaches in Port Alto and Olivia.
